A beautiful inn tucked away in a little village called Eastbridge. The area looked very untouched and natural. There were some great walks nearby. Being in such a idyllic place was really relaxing and the locals and staff were kind and helpful with suggesting places for us to visit nearby. The accommodation was next to the inn and was really comfortable and quiet. It was nice to look over the countryside first thing in the morning out of the window. We really enjoyed the breakfast and coffee each morning which was a real treat to start each day with. They have a folk night every last Thursday of the month played by a few local musicians, we were glad to have been there to listen to this and soak up traditional songs and melodies.
A well located bed & breakfast associated to one of the country's must visit pubs - Eel's Foot Inn, powered by a really dedicated team/ family. The pub and its beer garden is so inviting, serves great food (including Sunday roasts and wood fire pizza oven) with a wonderful friendly atmosphere. The accommodation is on a separate building and not affected by the buzzing pub, quiet and peaceful. We had an upstairs room, spacious and well aired & lit, overlooking the magnificent swift tower installed in 2024 which we'd love to return to experience during the swift season. There are various lovely walking trails around and a great getaway to the RSPB Minsmere reserve. Spencer the owner & family members are all very dedicated to offering a relaxed, happy and comfortable hospitality. Superb breakfast each morning. Perhaps more attention could be given to the room cleanliness but overall a thoroughly enjoyable few days' stay at the foot of a world class RSPB reserve
We ate in the garden a couple of times recently. The food was very good pub grub! Gluten free catered for although gf pizza bases had sold out and pizza is not available every night. Very hard working, pleasant staff.

I went here having bought an Adnams book about Smuggler Pubs. On a sunny autum day it was a lovely drive via Snape. The food I had ws excellent and the beer well kept. The location is lovely & well worth the drive.
Nice stay at the EELS FOOT. Spacious room, warm and cosy and great evening meal. Breakfast very nice. Staff are very friendly too.
Great little site and pub, located in a quiet village with pleasant views across the countryside. Nice & simple, just a hook up, water & waste emptying facilities. All you need at a sensible cost. Flexible too, as we had a last minute van problem. The pub is fab too. One of the friendliest we ever been in! Nice food. From site you can follow a footpath down to the sea and then around the beautiful Minsmere RSPB reserve. Wished we had stayed longer.
This pub has a CL site attached to the pub and offers a good location for Minsmere RSPB reserve and surrounding area. The pub has a great atmosphere and the food is delicious. You can also book a breakfast for the morning. There are rooms available also. We will definitely use this site again in the near future.
